AussieBuckets starts everyone on a 14-day free trial, no card required. You are never charged during your trial — there is no risk of being billed by accident, because we don't take a card until you actively choose to continue.
You're never charged during your 14 days. If you don't choose to continue, your account simply drops to the free plan — no cancellation needed, nothing to refund.
If you're charged for AussieBuckets Pro and decide within 7 days of that charge that it's not for you, email support@aussiebuckets.app and we'll refund that charge in full — no questions asked. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor.
Outside that 7-day window, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time from Settings → Manage to stop future renewals — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a remedy if AussieBuckets fails to be provided with due care and skill or isn't fit for the purpose we describe. This policy sets out what we offer in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
Cancelling is as easy as subscribing — go to Settings → Manage inside the app, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel in a couple of taps, no email required (though you're always welcome to write to us instead).
