Refund Policy

AussieBuckets starts everyone on a 14-day free trial, no card required. You only get charged if you choose to continue after your trial — there is no risk of being billed by accident.

If you're on the free trial

You're never charged during your 14 days. If you don't add a payment method and continue, your account simply drops to the free plan — no cancellation needed, nothing to refund.

If you've already been charged

Our detailed refund window and process depend on the payment provider we finish integrating (this is being finalised alongside the rest of our checkout, expected before public launch). Once that's confirmed, this page will state the exact number of days and how to request one. Until then, if something goes wrong with a charge, email support@aussiebuckets.app and we'll sort it out directly.
